FIND THE DIRECTION OF QIBLA

Qibla can be demonstrated to the students as a practical clas.This may be even done 2 or 3 days before or after and 1 or 2 minutes earlier or later as the error will be negligible.These timings and days remain constant for our lifetime is perpetual.The direction may be reconfirmed on july 16thTry this simple experiment at your home The performance of the salaat all over the world facing Makkah is Farad that is obligatory as per Quran’s chapter 7 verse 29 .Most of our people neglect it and usually take it for granted that west is our Qibla ,but it is not so for the south and north India .Since it is fard, it will be a big sin if we d not try to make an attempt to determine the right Qibla at a place .Now the time is very near to determine the accurate Qibla in the subcontinent and other countries within a radius of about 3000 miles(5000kms) from Makkah.Remember and note down May 28th , 2:48 pm and July 16th ,2:57 pm (Indian standard time ).On these days and timings the sun is exactly on the top of Makkah that is it is exactly midday there.Exactly at this time mark the line of the shadow in the sunlight of any vertical object like a pillar , a tree , a plumb, straight rods of the windows within the or outside or anywhere .The line of the shadow represents the exact direction of the Qibla .This is as per the shari’ah shapter 55-5 and at the same time it is purely scientific, as such it is reliable.You will know as to how much deviation you have to make from the west to get the exact Qibla direction .For Banglore , it is 19 Northwards from its latitude.Please inform about this to your friends and wspecially to the teachers in the madrasas and Muslim institutions so that this simple method of determining .
